PARKING
A secure underground parking facility is operated 24 hours a day by Landmark Parking. Services include car-washing/detailing, battery jumpstarts and lockout service. Monthly contracts are available. For more information please call 202.628.1950.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Watergate 600 has a number of Client amenities including a roof deck, bicycle racks and a secured bike cage, and an athletic facility. The building also has an onsite restaurant..
To use your building's fitness center, please fill out and return the form below to your property manager??. Once the property manager has received your completed waiver, please wait two to three hours before acccessing the fitness center to make sure that your fob has been properly activated.
