Burnham Place at Union Station is a 3 million square foot mixed-use development concept to be built above the existing rail yard directly north of Union Station.  Burnham Place will include a comprehensive intermodal transportation center including new rail passenger concourse, bus parking, H Street connector road, pedestrian access, and platform evacuation routes.  The project also currently includes space for a 400-room destination hotel and a vibrant, new commercial center with first-class office and retail space.
