Akridge undertook a complex land assemblage to attain and develop this project, which was originally completed in 1980. Upon delivery, the building launched a surge of new development along the Vermont Avenue Corridor. In 1995, the lobby, elevators, and common areas were upgraded and a major re-leasing effort successfully brought the building to full occupancy. In 2010, these common areas were further improved and renovated, with new exterior signage and stainless cladding creating an enhanced street presence.
