The Spectrum

This mixed-use project created a town center destination for the city. Pedestrian-friendly urban design includes high-end residential and office condominiums over street level retail. The nexus of a vibrant and active area of Falls Church, The Spectrum ties together The Broadway and 450 West Broad Street. Akridge assembled the land, developed plans, and finalized approvals, then sold the project in 2004.
