Trust Building

The historic Trust Building is a fully-renovated office building located in the heart of downtown Durham's city center. This iconic 41,000-square-foot building was built in 1905, and at the time was reportedly the tallest office building downtown. Its distinctive architecture features classical stone embellishments along the top-floor windows and a distinguishing rounded corner on the southeast side of the building. The office building was renovated in 2015, adding new electrical and mechanical systems throughout including modernized elevators. Located at the corner of Main and Market Streets, the Trust Building is in walking distance to the some of the most desirable restaurants, shops, and hotels in downtown Durham.
