The Arbor at Halley Rise is a 480-unit, multifamily project located in the Halley Rise Master Development in Reston, Virginia. The project consists of two towers built on a common podium and 8,452 square feet of retail. It is located along the prominent Dulles Toll Road and is within a short walk of the Reston Parkway Metro station. The development includes an outdoor courtyards, a pool, indoor/outdoor amenity areas, club rooms, and a fitness center. Akridge and The Meridian Group began construction on the project in 2022 and completed construction in 2024. The Arbor at Halley Rise is now leasing.
