In 2009, major insurance company Legal and General America (LGA) selected Akridge to develop and construct its new North American headquarters in Frederick County, Maryland. Akridge worked with original owner Natelli Communities and architect Davis Carter Scott to deliver the 115,000-square-foot LEED Certified building ahead of schedule in March of 2011. Cole Real Estate Investments purchased the building upon completion.
