The building features state-of-the-art conference and catering facilities on the second floor as well as employee dining facilities on the first floor. In addition to ASCE, building Clients include the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Akridge has provided property management services at ASCE headquarters since 1999.
The American Society of Civil Engineers Headquarters is LEED Gold Certified, is an EPA ENERGY STAR labeled property, and has earned the UL Verified Healthy Building for Indoor Air Mark.
