One of the specific tools we use to ensure quality while minimizing risk is through the Akridge Standards document. We have created a proprietary list of best practices and lessons-learned from our experience developing, acquiring, or entitling over 31.2 million square feet of space. With every project in our portfolio, we assess how we can better design and execute our projects going forward. Upon project completion, we update the Akridge Standards document accordingly to ensure we apply those new standards to future projects.
