The buildings are located at 22513, 22527, 22601 and 22605 Gateway Center Drive and feature glass storefronts and skylights as well as the ceiling heights and mechanical systems today's occupants require. Akridge acquired the land, completed a venture structure with Prudential Real Estate Investors, and finished this project on time, under budget, and ahead of pro-forma in 2000. Gateway 270 received numerous awards including the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors Industrial Project of the Year award in 2000.
