Akridge provided complete project development and leasing services for this building, which was originally completed in 1985. A dramatic new two-story entrance, main lobby re-design, and upgraded common corridors were completed in 1994 when, simultaneously, over 80,000 square feet of space was leased and built out within eight months.

1133 Twentieth Street was acquired by Advantis in 2001.
