750 Ninth Street, NW

Originally built in 1909, The Victor Building is a stately reminder of downtown Washington's historic commercial core. Akridge acquired and redeveloped the property to create a modern and efficient office environment while preserving the historic, Renaissance Revival-style façade. A free-standing building of 330,000 square feet, The Victor Building offers an ample window line, elegant interior finishes, and state-of-the-art building systems. The building is only two blocks from Capital One Arena, with fine restaurants, hotels, museums, and theaters surrounding the site.

The project was sold to the Smithsonian Institution upon completion in 2000.
