ON-SITE BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Akridge's Office is located on-site on the C Level. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. To learn more about the management team, click here.
On site, our newly renovated fitness center offers state of the art strength training equipment, cardio equipment, shower facilities, changing stalls, towel service, daily lockers, television and free wi-fi.
To use the building's fitness center, please complete and return this form to your property manager. Once the property manager has received your completed waiver, please wait two to three hours before accessing the fitness center to make sure that your fob has been properly activated.
On-site underground monthly parking available. Access to the garage is located on 19th Street between Dupont Circle and N Street. Follow signage for 1330 Connecticut Avenue parking and park in the Impark designated spaces on levels C2 and C3. Monthly Parking contracts are currently available. Please contact Impark for rates and information.
1300 Connecticut Avenue is staffed with security personnel from 7am - 11pm Monday through Friday. Security personnel is also available from 8am - 5pm on Saturdays. The security officer is located in the main lobby and may be contacted by calling (202) 331-0390. An access card system is in place for convenient after-hours building access.
Tenants may utilize the bike racks located in the parking garage on a first come, first serve basis. Building Staff and Management are not responsible for any damage or theft occurring on the premise.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Green cleaning, recycling and e-waste programs are in use at 1300 Connecticut Avenue.
Incoming mail is delivered to tenants' suites. A USPS box is located in the rear lobby corridor for outgoing mail. FedEx and UPS drop-boxes are also located in the rear lobby corridor.
Ground floor retail includes Moby Dick House of Kabob, Wells Fargo, Chop't Salad, The Chickery and Jenni Bick Fine Custom Journals. Catering services are available.
