PARKING

Underground parking, managed by LAZ Parking, is available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Services include car-washing/detailing, battery jumpstarts and lockout service. Monthly contracts are available.


BUILDING AMENITIES

The Mills Building has a number of Client amenities including a roof deck with stunning city views, bicycle racks in the parking garage, and a full-service fitness facility.

To use your building's fitness center, please complete and return this form to your property manager. Once the property manager has received your completed waiver, please wait two to three hours before acccessing the fitness center to make sure that your fob has been properly activated.
