Underground parking, managed by Atlantic Services Group, is available Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 8:30 pm. Additional services include car-washing/detailing, battery jumpstarts and lockout service. Monthly contracts are available. This complimentary service for building Clients can be used for event planning, sending corporate gifts, and more, and is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
The Homer Building has a number of Client based amenities including a full-service concierge, conference center, roof deck, bicycle racks in the parking garage, and a full-service fitness facility with racquetball court and personal trainer.
To use your building's fitness center, please complete and return this form to the Client Services Coordinator. Once the Client Services Coordinator has received your completed waiver, please wait two to three hours before acccessing the fitness center to make sure that your fob has been properly activated.
