Akridge acquired the land, completed a venture structure with Prudential Real Estate Investors, and finished this project on time, under budget, and ahead of pro-forma in 2000. Gateway 270 received numerous awards including the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors Industrial Project of the Year award in 2000.
