After housing the National Institutes of Health for many years and then remaining vacant for more than eight years, Akridge completely reskinned and renovated the building in 2012. As the only new office development to come to the neighborhood in more than a decade, 7550 Wisconsin offers contemporary Class A boutique office space in the heart of downtown Bethesda.

This 120,000 square-foot building offers upscale Client amenities, including a private onsite fitness center with locker rooms and towel service, a rooftop terrace with 1,200 square feet of event space and extraordinary views, and bicycle storage and changing facilities, all less than a block from the Bethesda Metro station and surrounded by prime retail and dining.

7550 Wisconsin is LEED Gold certified and is an EPA ENERGY STAR labeled property.
