MetroPark is comprised of six Class-A office buildings, constructed between 2000 and 2009, with two additional buildings planned for development. The 37.1-acre campus is located just two miles south of the Springfield Exchange, which connects the region’s three most important highways: I-95, I-395, and I-495. A shuttle bus quickly and efficiently carries Clients to and from nearby Springfield Metro station (Blue Line) and the Virginia Railway Express (VRE). There is also ample free parking, including a centrally located six-level, 2,366 space garage and a 3-level, 273-space garage adjacent to Building VIII.

A LEED Platinum Certified, state-of-the-art conference center accommodating up to 60 people, is available to all Metro Park Clients, as is the expansive new fitness center.
