1016 Sixteenth Street is a 38,250 square foot, eight story boutique office building just two blocks from The White House in the historic 16th Street corridor.  Akridge assumed property management and marketing services in April of 2006 through an acquisition made by the Akridge Office Fund.  Akridge redeveloped the property to office condominiums.  After a successful sales effort, one remains available today.
