The DC headquarters of the American Bar Association, this 155,000 square foot landmark was built as the Union Trust Building in 1907 and listed on the National Register for Historic Places since 1984. It houses more than 400 workers, including ABA staff and building Clients. Akridge assumed property management of 740 Fifteenth Street in June of 2010.
