The Fairmont Building is a 12-story, 122,543 square foot building located on the corner of Fairmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland. Built in 1964 and renovated in 1997, The Fairmont Building  is just three blocks from the red line Metro station. The Akridge Office Fund closed on this acquisition in April 2009.
