1800 Massachusetts Avenue is a LEED®(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certified, 194,165 square foot building located one block east of Dupont Circle. The newly renovated building features a state-of-the-art conference center on floors one and two, a fitness facility on the lower level, and retail on the first floor. It serves as the DC headquarters building for the Service Employee International Union (SEIU). Joining SEIU at 1800 Massachusetts are the United Nations Foundation, the Better World Campaign, and the Center for Global Development.

1800 Massachusetts Avenue is an EPA ENERGY STAR labeled property.

Parking
The underground parking garage is managed by Central Parking, Inc. Public parking is available Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, but is closed on the weekends. Building Clients with monthly parking contracts can access the garage 24/7 with a PUCK. The garage phone number is 202.496.4200.
Building Amenities

SEIU Headquarters offers Clients a number of amenities, including conference facilities, a roof deck, and a fitness center. To use the fitness center, please complete and return this form to your property manager. Once the property manager has received your completed waiver, please wait two to three hours before acccessing the fitness center to make sure that your fob has been properly activated.
