Recruiters: Akridge’s Human Resources Department is responsible for the company’s recruiting and hiring. If your placement agency is interested in establishing a relationship with Akridge, we ask that you work directly with the Human Resources Department. Presenting candidates to Akridge employees other than members of our HR Department is not appropriate.
Akridge accepts unsolicited resumes directly from candidates only. Resumes from a recruitment firm will only be accepted if that firm has a signed agreement with Akridge in place at the inception of the recruiting effort for each specified position. An unsolicited resume sent to Akridge by a recruiter does not constitute a relationship between the recruiter or firm and Akridge, and does not obligate Akridge to pay fees should we hire the candidate.
