CEL & Associates, Inc. National Property Management Customer Satisfaction Award – Based on annual survey results of building occupants and investors, Akridge has been recognized nationally among firms of similar size as "Best in the Industry for Customer Service Excellence" ten times since 1999. CEL & Associates is the largest surveyor of Client satisfaction in the commercial real estate industry and the creator of the industry's first national survey. This well-respected benchmarking and research firm tabulates survey results from thousands of buildings and hundreds of thousands of building occupants each year to determine its Best in the Industry winners. In addition to ten national awards, the majority of Akridge buildings have received the Real Estate "A List" Award for Service Excellence every year at the local level. This award is given to buildings that achieve the highest level of service as rated by building occupants and owners.
The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award is an honor given by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and its local affiliates (such as AOBA, the Apartment and Office Building Association) for the best-managed office buildings on the local, regional and national levels in various building size categories.
